工作內容:
負責店舖文書工作,日常維修和保養事宜及訂購店舖/文儀用品
負責接聽店內電話、跟進店鋪清潔進度及解答一般查詢
負責控制室訪客登記工作並按需要協助店舖接待運作
負責控制室運作,如廣播系統,人流統計系統,電話系統操作
負責安排預訂會議室及確保會議室整潔

工作要求:
中五或以上程度,1年或以上行政及顧客服務經驗
能操普通英語及流利粵語
成熟主動及具良好顧客服務態度
對家飾家品業充滿熱誠
懂電腦操作如Word、Excel及中文輸入法
全職工作時間:
上午8時30分至下午11時30分內9小時輪班工作
兼職工作時間:
上午8時30分至下午11時30分;每星期工作3-6天;每天工作4-8小時
