  • Manage daily HR operations and necessary documentation, not limit to CV screening, interview, on board logistic, consolidating attendance details to payroll team etc.
  • Assist in executing people strategy, global principles and relevant business plans are connected to Store HR action plan
  • Support the building of Store business competence by setting and working on relevant goals, together with the Store HR Manager & Store Management team
  • Assist Store HR Manager to work with Business Navigation team to manage local staff cost budget which secures a diverse, appropriate staff structure and meets the defined business and productivity goals in the unit
  • Create and implement staff engagement activities that effectively manages and foster positive co-worker experience
  • Assist in establish and implement training plan for all levels staff at store to ensure they have proper learning & development opportunities
  • Support the building of Store business competence by setting and working on relevant goals, together with the Store HR Manager and Store Management team
  • Ensure an up-to-date succession process and plan is in place by supporting the Store management team to perform talent development and cross-functional exchange
  • Conduct Induction briefing programs, Customer Service training, soft skills and IKEA Culture & Values Training for store staff
  • Handle training administration & arrangement
  • Collaborate with the service office HR team


  • Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 3+ years of solid experience in all-rounded HR functions and with exposure in retail industry a plus;
  • A team player who is mature, energetic, meticulous and result-oriented;
  • Creative, strong analytical and problem solving skills;  Capable of handling diverse responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Pleasant, strong sense of accountability and passionate about people;
  • Good language skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong interest in pursuing career in the home furnishing industry
