About the assignment

  • Support the implementation of the IKEA Talent approach in the organization by aligning the store recruitment strategy accordingly
  • Produce, analyze and evaluate store succession data to support matrix partners and stores with succession planning, regarding recruitment
  • Secure recruitment actions are aligned with our Business direction and processes (e.g. Country direction, Business Plans, Market Penetrating plan and Management and Competence review)
  • Follow up performance on decided actions in the store organization to ensure quality and quantity goals are met
  • Lead the process and methods around store recruitment to be in line with supporting our employer branding in the desired way
  • Develop, lead and facilitate store recruitment activities on organizational and individual level
  • Contribute to competence development in the area of recruitment for the country ensuring a qualitative and consistent performance throughout
  • Coach, influence and support the store organization regarding the recruitment strategies, processes and tools
  • Partner with Country HR organization to gather and share good examples and proven solutions
