Job responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted business partner and work closely with the business units to provide professional HR services and advices on compensation & benefits (“C&B”)
  • Work closely with Dairy Farm Payroll Team for payroll process including the maintenance of payroll records, calculation of bonus payment / overtime payments, recording payroll changes, processing final / special payments and annual tax filing
  • Prepare and interpret HR analytics such as HR monthly report, staff database update, manpower planning, program effectiveness to support business needs
  • Responsible for an effective flow of information and keeping managers and co-workers well informed, and provide advice to Store HR team on Compensation & Benefits
  • Secure all the payment, pension, tax and insurance and all C&B related administration are accurate and timely
  • Ensure our C&B are internal equity and external competitiveness by knowing our market, changing with the needs of the business and our people
  • Ensure compliance with all C&B, insurance and tax policies and procedures, comply with local laws, and take immediate action to minimize and resolve inconsistent practices
  • Support C&B initiatives to grow our sales and support the sustainability of long-term profitability
  • Review and propose improvement C&B process to be effective, efficient and customer-focus
  • Ensure all HR payroll systems including are current, accurate and efficient

Job requirements

  • 3-4 years relevant experience, with strong analytical ability
  • Ability to influence in a matrix organization
  • Proficient knowledge on Hong Kong labor ordinance
  • Proficient in application of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Creative and capable for thinking out of the box for proposing recommendation and HR solutions
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Strong willingness on delivering excellent services to internal customers
  • Possess the mindset on continuous improvement on operating efficiency
  • Passionate about people
