HR Project Manager

The Job:

  • Devise and own the HR Project plan for a large-scale workforce management programme, ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders
  • Work with the project team, HR Business Partners and CoEs to ensure the delivery of key project milestones on time and within budget, resource and policy
  • Clearly and concisely present and communicate key people data to HR colleagues and other stakeholders in a timely and consistent manner
  • Develop tools and templates to support each phase of the blueprint rollout framework
  • Devise and manage a regular project reporting mechanism for the HR team and relevant business leaders
  • Track and monitor progress and escalating business risks where appropriate
  • Collaboratively work with key stakeholders to identify pan-DFI dependencies and report back to key stakeholders

The Person:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in human resources, project management, business or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in major change programmes in matrix organisations and preferred from multinational company
  • A practical understanding and experience in key HR process and practice
  • Proven track record in managing projects with a keen understanding of the project and change management disciplines and best practices
  • Extensive experience of data management and be adept at interpreting complex concept and presenting them back to key stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to develop and manage effective working relationships with parties across different cultures
  • Computer proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
