WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Support the Com-In team in leading the home furnishing movement and strengthening the IKEA brand through home furnishing expertise to create better everyday life for the many people
  • Transfer experiences and home furnishing know how/ideas between co-workers and customers
  • Responsible for measuring the performance of output in Home Furnishing Direction by conducting commercial review to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and to ensure performance excellence throughout the year
  • Interpret and engage with market relevant home furnishing solutions and trends in order to position IKEA as a leading influencer for Life At Home, to meet people's needs
  • Contribute to the local strategy development through coordinating the collection of Home Furnishing insights, home visits and associated analysis, for developing business
  • Contribute with support to Interior Design activities when needed
  • Communicate clearly and precisely to both external and internal customers
  • Act as a member of the Com-In team and proactively contribute to the com-in master plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
  • Actively lead and cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact
  • Lead, coach and develop a high performing com-in team that will strongly contribute to reach the common goals (e.g. growth, profitability, brand positioning, customer experience)
