  • You are a degree (or above) holder in Computer Science or equivalent
  • You have minimum 6 - 8 years' hands-on experience in IT Service Delivery, experience in retail is an advantage

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • Manage incident in country to ensure the service is restored within SLA, root cause analysis, completed and full preventive actions put in place. Responsible for the stakeholder management and business communication during such incident
  • Deliver the key services to ensure we deliver on time, quality systems everyday
  • Work effectively across the business, IT, offshore service team, business solutions team and vendors to ensure speedy resolution to service issues, and strong improvement plan in place
  • Evaluate the vendor performance and give clear and consistent feedback to drive services improvement
  • Document and keep the operating procedures and all infrastructures diagram up-to-date
  • Build an annual budget plan for infrastructure project, software and hardware to maintain the operation of the business
  • Responsible for the country IT compliance and audit activities
  • Lead the IT infrastructure project and hardware replacement
  • Responsible for the implementation, management and monitoring of IT Policy, Security and procedures of all IT operations of the company
  • Lead Service Delivery team which maintains a highly effective operation while building morale and fostering a positive work environment for the team members
