Project Leader - Digital IT

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Systems or related field
  • You have minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in hands-on experience with IT project administration and tasks coordination
  • You are passionate in Retail and comfort to work in IT related project

  • You will be able to work independently and under pressure to meet defined schedule/deadline
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • You have ability to work in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

  • To manage dependency between country projects and regional digital delivery and ensure prerequisite for digital roadmap is met with the expectation
  • Retrieve necessary information from cross teams
  • To support team goals and objectives with data analysis
  • Lead the assigned projects against agreed requirements, resources, milestones and deliverables
  • Build and own IT project plan that lists all activities, provide linkages and interdependencies between activities, the resources required to deliver them, and the time allocated per activity
  • Minimize the risk of the project with mitigation plan
  • Track and communicate the project progress and budget in regular basis and escalate to the governance group if missed deliverables and milestones which should be worked out the plan to mitigate and minimize the impact
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • To prepare, record and file project related documents according to DFI Retail Group IT, legal and procurement policy
  • To support and prepare documents for IT spend process approval and coordinate with approver and reviewer
  • To coordinate and provide the logistic support for the meeting, training and project activities
  • Establish and maintain good working relationship with DF IKEA IT, business project leader, super user, service delivery team, local or foreign vendor, DFI Retail Group IT, Inter IKEA System IT and ROSS

 

TOGETHER AS A TEAM

  • To manage the end-to-end IT activities of the project delivery life cycle so that a change is delivered into the business that meets the business requirements, time / cost / quality constraints and is deployed in a sustainable way, agreed project methodology and fulfilled the business requirement, DFI Retail Group IT policy, legal and procurement compliance.
