WHY WE WILL LOVE YOU
- You have minimum 7 years’ working experience and 3 years’ experience with website management
- You have retail experience, preferably from the digital area
- You have experience with eCommerce and online retailing business
- You have ability to think strategically and with an ability to turn the strategy into operational plans and actions
- You have deep understanding of the digital business and experience from working in a customer-focused, fast-paced and multichannel retail environment
- You are strong and effective communicator, a reliable team player with organized, self-motivated and good time management skills
- You have experience working with wireframing tools
- You have knowledge in graphic design and copywriting
- You have understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytic
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Lead the planning and portfolio of IKEA NA content activities for digital channels, consolidating both global and local scopes
- Ensure the overview of content activities needed to support commercial campaigns and eCommerce business by market
- Collaborate with Sales function to create a realistic and feasible content plan align with the resource planning from internal stakeholders such as CC&I, Marketing or CR but also from external agencies
- Gather the needs from Sales, Stores, Customer Services Dept to review and modify the post-purchase content and enhance customer shopping experience
- Contribute to Digital Roadmap plan and CMS development from forecasting to evaluation, in order to respond to customer needs
- Closely work with Sales function and Analyst to define and monitor KPI's of content and take further enhancement actions accordingly
- Manage translation vendors and agencies to present the readable and market-relevant content on IKNA’s digital touchpoints – including but not limited to web and app
- Take a user-centered design approach and work with UX specialist to run rapidly test and iterate wireframe or designs
- Review and modify the content editing and updating process for better time and cost efficiency among functions and markets
- Lead the content teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout based on content performance metrics, such as engagement rates and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations
TOGETHER AS A TEAM
This function is responsible for digitalizing the overall business of IKEA North Asia. Defining and owning the Digital Roadmap of IKEA North Asia and responsible for all digital touch points development within the organization, in collaboration with functions across the Organization, matrix partners including IKEA Indonesia, Dairy Farm Regional IT and Global IKEA.
