• You have University Degree in logistics, economics, business administration or relevant working experience
• You have 2 - 4 years working experience in supply chain on operational and/or tactical level
• You have experience in developing business development roadmaps
• You have experience of working in a fast-changing environment and project management

• You have experience in the developing/ improving ways of working and problem solving
• You have Retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service experience and interest
• You have innovative thinking and methodology, like design thinking and agile
• You have knowledge and experience of meeting and interacting with various business partners (including external).
• You have proven analytical and numerical skills
• You have computer skills and very high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; high proficiency with connected IKEA System landscape applications is a plus
• You are self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
• You are fluent in both written and verbal English

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Responsible for short-, mid-term and long-term operational development of assigned existing service partner(s) and that the assigned internal and/or external service partner(s) have the product and assembly knowledge to perform their tasks to represent IKEA well and provide an excellent quality in the meeting with the customer
• Be fully responsible for leading the development of strategic long-term partnerships with existing and new vendors in close collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing function(s) as the owner of the supplier relationship
• Strive for new and innovative ways to implement and fulfil new services at low cost and high quality base on changing customer needs, defined by the Service Leader. Contribute to negotiate cost development of the Service Fulfilment function through the work with the assigned service partner(s) or partner(s) in an assigned geographical area
• Responsible for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation within the assigned service partner(s) or service partner(s) in an assigned geographical area to bring development and innovation ideas to Service Fulfilment and commercial functions
• Working with commercial team, finance, operational partners to develop methodology for long-term strategic and tactical planning in the next 3 to 5 years
• Together with service providers and internal supply chain stakeholders secure optimal usage of agreed/available transport capacity vs planned/needed capacity. Active work with capacity forecasting (mid- and short-term)
• Actively monitoring and analyzing the capacity planning efficiency, especially on lead time, cost per job, capacity utilization and define the long-term business potential strategy to growth the business
• Define and follow up on financial goals and key performance indicators that are relevant for the service product offers in the market. Fully responsible for the department budget and cost navigation
• Lead the development of an omnichannel easy buying experience to increase convenience and give customers help when and where they need it in services and after sales processes
• As the business owner in the procurement of services, applications and tools by defining both customer and business needs
