• You have 1-2 years’ experience with website management
• You have experience with eCommerce and online retailing business
• You have experience in developing rich content on digital platforms for a multichannel retail brand
• You are interested in people’s everyday life at home and in home furnishing
• You have proven co-operative social skillset to work loosely with cross-functional teams
• You are self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• You are able to persuade others by setting expectations and providing clear direction
• You have a passion for getting the best for customers through actively seeking new ways of working that are relevant to content
• You have graphic design and copywriting ability
• You have business understanding and a working background gained from putting the customer in focus
• You have understanding of omnichannel retailing operation and analytics tools such as Google Analytics

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Ensure web content is built to brand guidelines, reflects the IKEA copy and visual identity, tone of voice and quality standards and through this contribute to an optimal customer journey
• Plan the style and relevance of content required and the frequency with which it will need updating; create schedules, agree and follow-up on deadlines
• As a super user of content management system, manage and control web content with agreed principles and share the "how to" and editing tips to other functions
• Manage range related content of IKEA website/app by coordinating ongoing content changes such as localization and editing process with Web Merchandising Specialist, controlling the working schedule and securing information accuracy and consistency to create strong range presence
• Actively evaluate web content performance by analytics tools such as GA360, Hotjar, and other tools to identify our good/bad practices and take into further action to improve content quality
• Conduct local page creation by identifying the needs of stakeholders and planning the content based on commercial calendar, eCommerce focus and online customer needs
• Manage and produce web/app content based on SEO-friendly guideline and examine user experience from different device to secure good browsing experience
• Contribute on create and enhance local relevant content on web/app to optimize customer experience journey online
• Enhance and improve web commerciality by studying, researching and implementing good cases from IKEA world and other online retailers

TOGETHER AS A TEAM

Contribute to IKEA goals for growth by creating and managing web/app content and optimization process among IKEA Hong Kong & Macau's digital touchpoints from concept to publication; working with internal and external stakeholders to optimise the web/app as vital and effective online retailing channels; supporting eCommerce Commercial function in executing sales steering and web merchandising tactics to achieve business growth
