• You have minimum 3 years of working experience at Marketing/ Communication/ Public Relations field, candidate with experience working with/ in PR agencies are preferred
• You have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Contribute to all areas of development and execution of communication for our business, working with a sense of togetherness towards common goals for the Corporate & Internal Communication function
• Work side by side with internal business partners from a wide range of functions to deliver communication and engagement plans that drive awareness, interest, trial and adoption of new initiatives among co-workers or external partners as needed
• Utilizing deep knowledge of IKEA's visual and verbal identity to conceptualize, plan and communicate to co-workers or external partners
• Lead and support the development of our Communication platform by developing & managing channels that enable people in our business to connect, learn and find inspiration
• Act as a guardian of the IKEA identity; oversee visuals on communication from our team and share expertise with others to support the development of a clear corporate identity for our brands. Develop, manage and secure tools that build a strong IKEA tone of voice
• Proactively guide and support the development of an internal communication matrix in IKEA Stores, for example, collaborate and implement special projects as needed, develop communication competence among our co-workers, contribute and/or lead workshops or onboarding sessions to secure understanding of our tools and brand
• Establishing and maintaining good relations with the media and connecting all the contacts throughout the year to optimize IKEA publicity coverage. Provide proper messages and feedback to media when facing crises and customer compliance issues in order to reduce the influence of negative brand image to consumers
• implement communication productions within agreed timeline with quality to meet the objective of each project. Develop and document project follow-up and best practices for various purposes. Manage the budget and have a good sense of ROI
• Maintain good relationships with agencies and all other business partners in order to coordinate internal communication
