• You have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in B2C marketing, CRM marketing or loyalty program management
• You have track record of Direct Marketing campaign management, CRM campaign management and loyalty program execution
• You have experience and affinity with data mining and analytics
• You have experience in making business case and member acquisition and activation campaign/offer
• You can prioritise and organise own work to deliver KPI defined
• You have the ability to work on strategic, tactical and operational level for project management
• You have strong coordination and communication skills to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
• You can work independently and work as a team with time urgency and result-oriented mindset
• You have high integrity and the ability to establish relationships based on trust, open to feedback and possessing the desire to learn from each other
• You have a commercially minded and good communication skills
• You have project management experience
• You have the ability to build up an internal network and see the big picture
• You have good English language skills, both spoken and written

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Define the growth engine and opportunities followed the strategy to achieve KPIs
• Plan and execute engaging loyalty program and CRM campaign, including communication and activations which will attract new member (recruit) and encourage our existing core customers to shop in our stores more frequently (retain), also reactivate sleepers to support business objective
• Discover customer insights and identify customer segment by suggested segmentation model to craft into more targeted offers, segmentation marketing communication and activation approach to develop relevant and strategy and campaigns
• Establish internal customer database in longer term so as to do segment marketing and develop corresponding campaign instantly, effectively, flexibly and impactfully
• Optimize the loyalty program, exposure on app, activity and all kinds of offer effectiveness and ROI via taking learning progressively with solid evaluation with YUU team
• Responsible for YUU program and the offer design. Can independently be the key coordinator of the program and manage key stakeholders to make sure program is successful and in a creative and profitable way
• Work on the development of loyalty member and IKEA customer direct communications which support the commercial calendar and contribute to the stated objectives
• Able to deploy the offer, activity collaborating cross-function. Serve as the internal CRM expert to drive business and common goal
• Work with line manager to make effective use of the loyalty program budget, track and control the cost to optimize expense ROI
• Maintain strong knowledge and understanding on CRM of current & emerging market trend and techniques that consistently acquire new member and lead in customer loyalty
